1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [7] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All shipping will be a flat rate based off of weight of product. 

 

3. International Shipping

For international orders, delivery times may vary based on customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
